GreenPack Life primarily provides DDP door-to-door packaging quotes. Shipping method, destination, delivery terms, and landed cost are confirmed in writing before payment.
Eligible destinations
Our website focuses on orders for U.S. food and beverage businesses. Other destinations may be reviewed case by case before quote approval.
Shipping methods and rates
Shipping method and rates depend on product type, carton count, order volume, destination ZIP code, delivery requirements, and whether the order includes samples, custom printing, or bulk freight. Shipping costs are included in or clearly shown on the approved quote before payment.
Delivery timing
Estimated delivery timing is provided with the approved quote. Timing can vary by product availability, custom production, artwork approval, carrier schedule, customs processing, and delivery destination.
Samples and custom orders
Samples, custom printed goods, and source-to-order items may have separate preparation or production timelines. These timelines are confirmed before payment or production begins.

If a shipment is delayed, damaged, missing cartons, or appears incorrect, contact service@greenpacklife.com with order details, photos, tracking information, and delivery documentation so we can review the issue with the carrier or supplier.
