Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations, returns, refunds, damaged shipments, and support for B2B packaging orders placed with GreenPack Life.

Before payment

Quotes can be revised before payment. Please confirm product specifications, quantity, destination, sample needs, artwork, and delivery requirements before approving a payment link.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter production, sourcing, customization, packing, or shipment preparation. Custom printed, source-to-order, already packed, or shipped orders are usually not cancellable.

Return process

Contact service@greenpacklife.com before sending any goods back. Include your order details, reason for return, and photos where relevant. Returns sent without prior written confirmation may not be accepted.

Damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods

If goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed specifications, contact service@greenpacklife.com within 7 days of receipt with photos, order details, and delivery documentation.

Refund, replacement, or credit review

After review, GreenPack Life may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the confirmed order, production status, shipping status, and evidence provided.

Refund method and timing

Approved card refunds are issued back to the original payment method. After a refund is submitted, the customer's bank or card issuer typically takes 5-10 business days to show the credit on the statement.

Return shipping costs

If the issue was caused by GreenPack Life or our confirmed shipment, we will review reasonable return, replacement, or credit options. If the return is requested for buyer convenience or changed requirements, return shipping and related costs may be the buyer's responsibility.
